2. Information we collect

Content you provide

We process photos, images, text prompts, template choices and generation settings that you submit to create AI videos. Generated videos and related task information may remain available in the App for a limited period so you can access or download them.

Device and usage information

We may collect device type, operating-system version, language, app version, approximate region, feature interactions, crash logs, diagnostic data and identifiers needed to operate and protect the Services.

Purchases and support

When you make a purchase, the applicable app marketplace processes your payment. We may receive transaction status, product, subscription and entitlement information, but not your full payment-card number. If you contact us, we receive the message and contact information you provide.

3. How we use information

• Provide the requested photo-to-video and AI generation features;
• Operate accounts, credits, purchases, subscriptions and saved creations;
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure and improve the Services;
• Detect misuse, fraud, security incidents and violations of our Terms;
• Respond to support, privacy and legal requests; and
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us deliver cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, security and payment functionality. These providers process information for the services they perform for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing access to generated content, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations. The App may display a specific availability period for generated content; download any creation you want to keep before that period ends. Retention periods can vary by data type and legal requirement.

6. Your choices and rights

You choose which photos and prompts to submit. You may use available App controls to delete locally stored items or clear storage. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection concerning your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise a request; we may need to verify your identity.

7. Children

The Services are intended for users age 18 or older and are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Services, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
